Studies throughout the Gospel of John, building on the idea from Brother Lawrence that the indwelling presence of Jesus is in me all throughout each day in everything I am doing, and how I can be aware of and "practice" His presence in my life.
BOOKS
We currently have the following book available:
The Responding Life, by John Juneman
Messages from John 15 explore the life-changing truth of the indwelling presence of Jesus Christ. Following an introduction sharing the personal testimony of the author, twenty-two chapters then explore how Jesus is the complete source for our living, how He reproduces His manner in our lives, and how He walks us through the spiritual conflict of the Christian life.
| Recognizing Idolatry, by John Juneman |
Could I really be an idolater? 1 Corinthians 10:1-13 reveals that idolatry is taking place whenever I look to anyone or anything else besides Jesus to be the answer to my need. As the Holy Spirit speaks through Paul's direct words to the Corinthians, I am able to see my own similarity to the Israelites and Corinthians, the warning signs of my own idolatry, and the salvation and complete provision of God in Jesus Christ for every need.
